FINVIA Family Office GmbH, acting solely on behalf of and liable to FINVIA Capital GmbH, provides brokerage and investment advice services on financial instruments in accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 2, Subparagraphs 3 and 4 of the German Securities Institutions Act (“WpIG”). In this regard, FINVIA Family Office GmbH acts as the exclusive agent of FINVIA Capital GmbH in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the WpIG. According to Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), FINVIA Capital GmbH is authorized by the BaFin to be considered a securities institution and is permitted to provide investment brokerage and investment advisory services as stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 2, Subparagraphs 3 and 4 of the BaFin, as well as order execution and portfolio management services as stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 2, Subparagraphs 5 and 9 of the BaFin, but may not acquire ownership or possession of client funds or securities, nor may it trade financial instruments on its own.
